1. Revenue Manager 

Key responsibilities

  • To maximize room and food & beverage yield
  • To develop marketing strategies, including target marketing, product pricing and product development
  • To develop market research plans to determine effectiveness and competitiveness of internal services
  • To be responsible for inventory control and rate management
  • To ensure up selling in reservation to maximize sales and revenue generation

2. Marketing Communications Manager

Plan, develop and execute marketing communications strategies via internet, GDS, media, placement of advertising, printed materials and other sales & promotional tools. To maximize hotel’s exposure in public media. To ensure all hotel collaterals are in compliance with Sheraton brand standards. Organize hotels’ ceremonies and events.

Requirements

3. Business Development Manager (Leisure & Wholesales)

 

Look after the Leisure and Whole Sales market segment. To perform strong negotiations in converting business & servicing accounts. The Business Development Manager is hungry one who is creative in finding new business and aggressive in securing it.

4. Front Office Manager

 

Manage the Front Office department including Reception, Executive Club Floor, Guest Service Centre, Concierge and Business Centre. The Front Office Manager is responsible to achieve great guests’ satisfaction, build associates’ engagement, maximize hotel revenue, implementing and maintaining Sheraton brand standards, evaluating and training associates, identifying and initiating changes for continuous improvement.

5. Assistant Front Office Manager

 

To assists the Front Office Manager in the operation of the Front Office department: Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, Service Centre and Business Centre

 

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Front Office department
  • Dynamic with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong guest focus
  • Sound knowledge of Opera system
  • Preferably having experience in similar position in 5 star hotel

6. Executive Club Manager

 

Oversee and supervise the duties and functions of the Executive Floor Butlers. Coordinate with the Reservations, Concierge, Star Service Supervisors, Housekeeping Supervisors and Duty Managers where necessary. Answer all guest questions regarding hotel facilities and points of interest and maximize revenue where possible, through up selling of the hotel facilities and outlets.

 

The Executive Club Manager is responsible for the overall management and control of the Executive Club.  This job involves planning, organizing, leading and managing the available resources, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

7. Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Banquet operation and maximizing guest satisfaction. This role involves the complete management of Banquet operation including running daily operation, training and development of associates, supervising and rostering, stock control and communication with relevant departments.

8. Guest Service Agent (Front Desk, Guest Service Center, Business Center) / Bellman / Airport Representative

9. Food & Beverage Attendant (Hemispheres, Oven D'or, Nutz Fun Pub)

  • Good knowledge of Food & Beverage

  • Graduated from Tourism College/University is an advantage

10. AV Technician (Banquet)

  • Good English and communication skills are advanced
  • Good at computer skills
  • Sound knowledge of Audio & Visual systems
  • Enthusiastic & willing to work shifts
  • Attention to details

11. Electrician/Electronic Technician

  • Good attitude
  • Team oriented
  • Attention to details
  • Good knowledge of electricity or electronics

12. Room Attendant / Public Attendant
