1. Revenue Manager 

Key Responsibilities

• To maximize room and food & beverage yield
• To develop marketing strategies, including target marketing, product pricing, product development and marketing strategies
• To develop market search plans to determine effectiveness and competitiveness of internal services
• To be responsible for inventory control and rate management
• To ensure upselling in reservation to maximize sales and revenue generation

2. Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Banquet operation and maximizing guest satisfaction. This role involves the complete management of Banquet operation including running daily operation, training and development of associates, supervising and rostering, stock control and communication with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Exellent English and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of banquet operation
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Dynamic, creative and enthusiastic
• Willing to work shifts
• Preferably having experience with similar position in five star hotel

3. Sheraton Fitness Manager

• High energy level, self motivated
• Initiative and drive to succeed
• Fitness expertise, organisational business skills and creativity
• Qualifications in Sports or equivalent
• Managerial experience
• Knowledge of Hanoi market
• Ability to lead and motivate the team
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional guest focus

4. Assistant Front Office Manager

• Excellent English and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Front Office department
• Dynamic with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strong guest focus
• Sound knowledge of Opera and Fidelio system
• Preferably having experience in similar position in 5 star hotel

5. Guest Service Agent

• Good English and communication skill
• Dynamic and enthusiastic
• Professional appearance
• Excellent guest focus
• Willing to work shifts

6. Food & Beverage Attendant (Hemispheres, Oven d'Or & Nutz Fun Pub)

• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage
• Good English and communication skill
• Good attitude
• Graduated from Tourism College/University is an advantage

7. Income Auditor

• Good English and communication skill
• Good at computor skills (Word, Excel)
• Sound knowledge of Opera and Micros system
• Enthusiastic
• Attention to details

8. Electrican/Electronic Technican

• Good attitude
• Team oriented
• Attention to details
• Good knowledge of electricity or electronics
• Willing to work shifts

9. Room Attendant / Public Attendant

• Good English
• Good attitude
• Team oriented
• Attention to details
